VDoctor is a companion mobile application to the vDoctor Patient Messaging System. It enables secure text, video, and picture communications for health professionals and patients through which they can discuss and exchange information on health related matters. It is used for internal health communications and private communications or for any application where security and privacy are paramount. Health professionals can use this software to ensure HIPPA compliance for all their texting needs. Patients can use it to securely communicate to their doctors confidential health information and know that only a certified health professional or license user is able to access those messages in their private mail boxes.
All data is stored in encrypted format which is not easily accessible to hackers. A robust system of controls and procedures ensure security with constant updates, backed by a documented process and restricted access.
